Hydrogen (0.5.0)

The initial release.
The image browser is currently good enough for me to be properly published, and so attached is an attached "compiled" version of the program. Should work the same as the regular version.
Current features include things like loading the image via a dialog or passed arguments, navigation between images within a folder, scrolling, zooming, panning, flipping etc.
To keep the program lightweight (for a python program) this is probably all of the features that will be added, however I am thinking about adding module support (OCR, image conversions, editing, etc.) that'd be downloaded separately as needed, and loaded onto the base program.
