Validate the conversational flows of an educational chatbot, ensuring accuracy, empathy, and proper handling of user inputs.
- Greeting and onboarding flows
- Handling of invalid or unexpected inputs
- Fallback responses and error messages
- Style and tone validation (clarity, empathy, consistency)
Manual testing based on:
- Test case design (positive and negative scenarios)
- Derivation matrix for conversational paths
- Exploratory testing for usability and user experience
- Bug reporting with clear reproduction steps
All critical flows were validated. Several issues were identified related to fallback handling and tone consistency, documented in bug reports with reproduction steps and recommendations.
