Allows a user of the Artifactory or Artifatory-HA charts, when using the imbedded NGinX, to optionally configure the SSL Protocol(s) and Cipher(s) provided by NGinX. This will allow for the meeting of organizational requirements without rewriting and maintaining the default NGinX templates.
