[Sylius] Rename 2020 prototype and add 2024 & 2025 editions

The 2020 version of the Sylius elephpant was production ready but the production never happened…

In 2024 the kickstarter took place. The production was made and the elephpant arrived in the wrong color, in blue.
So, this blue version exists and should be added.

In 2025 we received the final batch with the correct color, that's the third version, second if we don't count the prototype.

So, I've renamed the 2020 version as prototype, I am the only one to have it.

The 2024 and 2025 are all over the World already.

Regardless, this wouldn't fix the underlying issue: everyone would still have prototypes in their collection, despite the fact that there's only one in the world. We need a database migration script to adjust everyone's herd

Also, I have numbered the elephpants according to #247 :)

@cookieguru We could adapt and use the 55 as the Green official one. Add 86 for the blue, and 87 for the prototype if we think of it as a unique version of the elephpant.

Since many are "uniques" as well.

I've given up on getting that PR merged, I may just close it and it can be re-opened if needed!
