[fixed] this include line should be moved after line#40, i.e. CA_UUID definition for Waves module. Otherwise, CA_UUID will be set a default value so during device boot while the kernel enables this pipeline, it cannot find the matched UUID and crashes.
Adds the topology build which has both Waves module and Google CTC along the Speaker playback pipeline. Signed-off-by: Johny Lin <johnylin@google.com>
