This PR fixes issue keploy/keploy#2551

Fixes:

The width of right sidebar now remains constant even after collapsing and reopening.
Cleaned up the code for handling sidebar logic.
Reduced one unnecessary component (sidebarhandle) by integrating its only one function into the child component (sidebarnormal) itself.

hey @Tanish2207 as you can see in the video the width remains constant but the sidebar tag is becoming a bit flacky please check that out:
