I've added an informatory text at the top of login page.

Please take care of the font of the website and make the text as per the font, also please change the color from red to some other color which matches with the website theme.

@CodesbyUnnati Please check, is it better now?, I've inherited the color to the text and uses same font style as of website

@shonali2600 This is not implemented correct way as you have to display the info line only if the user clicks on dashboard/map if a user is not logged in. If the user clicks on login/signup he/she should not see the error.
And also why did u remove the ReCaptcha from the original code?
