ok i tested it actually works super hard math proves that it removes almost 3k useless characters SUPER HARD MATH: print(134515-131570) this change will probably break every serialized data that was encoded with the older base94

ok now last pull request u said u already cooking up reflectionservice so here i js copy pasted new base94 (lowered encode and decode function name so it doesn't break existing code)
