Here are some commands that will help with installation. These commands are specific for running on an Amazon EC2 instance running Amazon Linux.
// install docker
curl -o /usr/bin/docker https://get.docker.com/builds/Linux/x86_64/docker-1.9.0
sudo service docker start
sudo usermod -a -G docker ec2-user
// need to logout for sudo privileges to take effect

Create lib/api.json using your credentials with the following format:
