First Release!

While I have tested this at length, it's still relatively new ground for me so any issue reports or suggestions are welcome. Please refer to the example project if you need to understand how to use this API.

Further included is ConfigManButton, a small plugin that opens BepinEx ConfigurationManager from a button in the config using the API. By default it lets you disable the hotkey for configman so you can open it solely from your configuration menu, it can be changed within ConfigurationManager itself.
