Add advanced animation presets to Doyle spiral viewer

Summary

• add a dedicated animation selector to the 3D controls with nine curated presets
• enrich the Three.js viewer with arc-group metadata, neighbor graphs, and animation logic (including three cellular automata styles)
• wire the new control through the main app and standalone viewer so the presets can be driven from the UI
