Add advanced 3D animation modes

Summary

• add a dedicated 3D animation selector so viewers can choose among eight effects, including new cellular-automata patterns
• build per-arcgroup metadata and neighbor relationships to drive sequential, spiral, and propagation-based animations in the Three.js viewer
• integrate the animation engine into the render loop and tie its speed to the existing pulse control for consistent playback
