Added python ifbw -h as text so that it becomes searchable.

1. So that it becomes searchable using something like Ctrl+F
2. Easily adaptable when you decide to include new functionality. Otherwise you'll have to take a screenshot every time you do.
3. I really like screenshots, but IMO documentation should not only be provided in screenshots.
