The CI checks fail currently because "rbx" seems not to be supported anymore.
This PR uses the "rbx-3" identifier instead and also performs tests with MRI for the latest versions beginning from 2.0 up to 2.5 (minor versions not hardcoded, 2.3 to 2.5 are new).
