- mix.md, license.md, encryption.md, concurrency.md, releases.md, redirects.md, rate-limiting.md, hashing.md, csrf.md, seeding.md, lifecycle.md, mongodb.md, documentation.md, pint.md, console-tests.md, eloquent-serialization.md 파일을 새로 추가하여 라라벨 12.x 문서의 한국어 번역을 완료했습니다. - 각 문서의 주요 내용을 한국어로 번역하여 사용자들이 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하였습니다.
