This PR add config files to help development on Lenra with VSCode.
Now dev can place breakpoints and see variables values in their editor without more configuration.
Merge after we have handle
timeouton widget/listener call. (Because if we place breakpoint, we make the rest of the method fail)This need lenra-io/lenra_cli#202
