Bump the dependencies to match the latest litd v0.16.0-alpha release. We also bump the Golang version to 1.25.5 in the wasm-client, instead of 1.24.9 (which is what the updated dependencies require). The reason for bumping it to 1.25.5 is that the wasm client is effected by this issue: golang/go#64856 That issue is addressed in Go 1.25+.
Bump the dependencies to match the latest litd v0.16.0-alpha release. This also bumps the Golang version to 1.24.9 for the mobile package.

This PR prepares
lightning-node-connectfor thev0.3.5-alpharelease.The PR bumps the
litddependencies in thewasm-client&mobileto match the dependencies oflitdv0.16.0-alpha.This PR also bumps the golang version to
go 1.24.9throughout LNC.NOTE: In the wasm-client specifically, we bump the golang version to
go 1.25.5, despite that the dependencies only requirego 1.24.9. The reason for this is that thewasm-clientis effected by this issue:golang/go#64856
That issue was only addressed with
go 1.25+.
