chore: improve MyExtension Flow

Hey, so this is the flow that I settled on for making my own extension with the starter. It's got a few steps but i think it's worth it in the long run.

Things that I think would help out new devs:

• script that crawls through the files/filenames renaming everything and accounts for all casing varieties
• reminder you have to change the organization in the manifest
• reminder you have to create a release on your github for it to show up in the extensions after adding the manifest to the extensions
• reminder about adding a github API key to avoid the rate limiting

I really need to put a post it note on my screen to remind me to do the formatting, i always forget 😄

in many of the repos we have pre-commit it runs those lints for you on the files you changed on a per commit basis
