FRED

Introduction

FRED (FaiR Experimental Designs) is a tool to help researchers generate and manage FAIR metadata. It includes:

• dialog based creation of metadata files
• structured semantic validation
• logical search
• an external programming interface (API)
• standalone web-front end.

How to install

pip install fred-metadata
