Improvements to Test

• - Added skip function which can be used to eschew test function calls in lieu of incrementing a skipped test count
• - Added --verbose flag to madlib test - (incomplete?)
• - Added IO.blue
• - Added ansiCond to Terminal
• - Added report / asyncReport to Test for simplified test generation
• - Updated reporting for failure during testing.
