Allows to easily update Ember apps using `edi ember-cli-update` without installing ember-cli-update as a project dependency.

Thanks for the PR. What would be the reason to install this package globally and not some other packages? |

For the current release https://guides.emberjs.com/release/upgrading/ refers to https://cli.emberjs.com/release/basic-use/upgrading/ which indicates to use ember-cli-update. Installing this globally for current versions would best match current expectations. |
