Added support for Office 2007+ formats, automated modules selection and removed neccessity to specify file's format

Hi!

This Pull Request brings following additions:

• Support for Office 2007+ formats (xlsm, docm, etc.)
• Removes necessity to specify file format through -d word setting
• Adds functionality to purge all modules (skipping This* ones) unless explicitely specified otherwise by user
• Refactors a few bad code smells

Now it supports:

• Word (pre-2007, 2007+)
• Excel (pre-2007, 2007+)
• Powerpoint (2007+)
• Publisher (pre-2007)

I'm pretty sure that support for Office 2007+ files was removed on purpose, to hinder the threat posed by sharing this code with community, but nonetheless I decided to share it publicly in similar way EvilClippy authors did - to improve security vendors response on this technique.
