This repository contains the scripts for modelling soil organic carbon stocks and other soil properties across Brazil as part of the MapBiomas Soil project at 30-m spatial resolution with Landsat collections.

- Create an account on the Google Earth Engine platform.
- Clone this repository to your local workspace:
git clone https://github.com/mapbiomas/brazil-soil.git
- Navigate to the repository directory:
cd brazil-soil
The repository is organized in directories containing the code for each collection inside the toplevel directory soil_30m_landsat.
- Soil Collection 1-beta: Contains the scripts for modelling soil organic carbon stocks (1985-2021) in space and time
- Soil Collection 2-beta: Contains the scripts for modelling soil organic carbon stocks (1985-2023, 0-30 cm) in space and time and soil particle size distribution and texture (0-30 cm) in space and depth
- Soil Collection 3: Contains the scripts for modelling soil organic carbon stocks (1985-2024, 0-30 cm) in space; time and soil particle size distribution and texture (0-100 cm) in space and depth and depth to soil stoniness layers.
