Version 2 is a complete rewrite of the old "CharCodes" idea. baseline functionality now includes:

• Unicode Character and Character Block name data
• Grouped and Sorted Character Blocks
• Grouped view has hierarchical view toggling

... and an overall basic app framework that will allow for future features to be added!
