Refactor: Update dependencies and Material Expressive Support

This commit updates various dependencies to their latest versions, including:

• Android Gradle Plugin to 8.11.0
• Kotlin to 2.2.0
• Compose BOM to 2025.06.01
• Other AndroidX and third-party libraries

It also updates the Gradle wrapper to version 8.14.2.

Additionally, the versioning logic has been moved to a separate Version.kt file in buildSrc for better organization. The compileSdk and targetSdk have been updated to 36, and minSdk to 23.

The theme has been updated to use MaterialExpressiveTheme.
The kotlinOptions in app/build.gradle.kts has been updated to the newer kotlin.compilerOptions syntax.
Removed androidx.lifecycle.viewModelCompose dependency as it's included in androidx.lifecycle.runtimeCompose.
