Kompletní lokalizace uživatelského rozhraní do českého jazyka. - Přidána a nakonfigurována knihovna `react-i18next` pro správu překladů. - Vytvořen centrální soubor s českými překlady (`src/locales/cs.json`). - Všechny komponenty (`HomePage`, `SignInPage`, `Header`, atd.) byly refaktorovány, aby používaly překladové klíče místo natvrdo zakódovaných textů. - Upraven `README.md` a `index.html` s lokalizovaným obsahem. - Zajištěno, že všechny testy procházejí po změnách.
