Blueprint is a DSL used in GNOME applications to design the user interface, similar to the XML files used for the same purpose: https://gnome.pages.gitlab.gnome.org/blueprint-compiler/
They have an official tool called blueprint-compiler which, among other tasks, is able to format files according to their formatter.
