- Move fast_data_engine_v2 folder to dedicated fast_data_v2 section at product level
- Create Fast Data v2 entry in Products dropdown menu
- Restructure sidebar with 'Fast Data v2', 'Concepts', and 'Fast Data Engine' sections
- Create new fast_data_engine.md page with workloads overview
- Split overview.md content, removing workloads section
- Update all labels from 'Fast Data 1.0/2.0' to 'Fast Data v1/v2' across documentation and release notes
- Fix all internal markdown links to point to new paths
- Add 301 redirects for old URLs
- Apply changes to versioned docs (14.4.0, 14.4.1)
