Purpose

This pull request makes minor improvements to the LocalDebuggingSetup.md documentation, focusing on formatting and clarity for running the project locally.

  • Documentation formatting improvements:
    • Corrected and clarified code block formatting for the Windows startup instructions in the src directory.
    • Added separate code blocks for each command in the React frontend setup instructions to improve readability and step-by-step guidance.
