This update adds new tools for managed clusters in Azure Service Fabric, improves error messages for tenant mismatch authentication errors and enhances the --help CLI command. It also adds documentation how to improve agent performance by eliminating repetitive prompting for tenant and subscription information.

Compute Disk Support and Tooling Consolidation ⚙️🔄

This release adds a new compute_disk_get tool for retrieving Azure managed disk information and introduces OAuth scope support for registry-based HTTP transport servers. It also includes broad tool consolidation across KeyVault, Monitor WebTests, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Load Testing commands removing 11 redundant tools and reducing overall tool count through unified get/list and create/update patterns. Telemetry has been enhanced to capture processor architecture for improved diagnostics and insights.
