May be worth adding a comment indicating who these files are for (Linux? SysAdmins? ) and how we expect for it to be used. I think we discussed these documents during UEFI Plugfest if that's relevant to document

Description
Open-sourcing the list of buckets where Microsoft has high confidence devices successfully apply the Secure Boot DB and KEK 2023 updates.
