This PR reverts the main branch back to commit d9c270d (BUMP: Version 1.0.4 + README restructure) by creating individual revert commits.

Method

Instead of using force push (which is blocked by branch protection), this PR uses proper revert commits to undo the changes.

Effect

• Reverts to version 1.0.4 stable state
• Removes billing block features
• Removes recent cost calculation fixes
• Restores previous CI/CD workflows
• Preserves git history with proper revert commits

Reason

As requested, reverting to a known stable commit point (d9c270d).
