Looking at the latest pull request, someone is editing the readme as well.
However, this violates the CONTRIBUTING.md guidelines.

Looking at the latest pull request, someone is editing the readme as well.

As of this PR is #1. This means no one edited README.md via a PR before.
It was a workaround for bootstrapping to edit README.

So we shouldn't touch README.md.
I'll merge your patch via other PR. Stay tune.
