Add a cycling power overlay editor and update the home page and readme.

• Add Cycling Power Overlay Editor:

  • Create a new component CyclingPowerEditor in web-editor/src/screen/CyclingPowerEditor.jsx.
  • Include necessary imports and component structure.
  • Add export functionality for the cycling power overlay URL.
  • Add text settings for the cycling power overlay.

• Update App.js:

  • Import CyclingPowerEditor from ./screen/CyclingPowerEditor.
  • Add a route for the new cycling power overlay editor.

• Update Home.jsx:

  • Add a preview for the new cycling power overlay.

• Update README.md:

  • Add instructions for using the cycling power overlay.

We need another overlay for cycling power, currently the one this references uses a gauge which is more than we typically provide. We should create another W.html file that only includes the wattage text and nothing else.

The existing wattage.html file is a nice community contribution though but we should probably showcase it some other way.
