Replace outdated hardware list with currently tested/supported devices: - Raspberry Pi: 5, 4B, 3B/3B+, Zero 2W - Orange Pi (DietPi/Armbian): Zero 2W, 5 Plus, 5 Pro - Other ARM64: Radxa ROCK 5B Removed Libre Computer boards which are no longer in the tested list.
