Add action --add_arch, to be used similarly to dpkg --add-architecture <arch>.

In my case, I want to install wine32 to a amd64 ubuntu 22.04.

Hmm, I see the point but it would be better to clone the config from the target system somehow? I don't know if that's easily possible though.

I guess we could just hard code the fact that amd64 ISOs have i386 as a foreign arch...

Hi @mwhudson do you mean that the i386 repos would always be enabled for amd64 targets? I am fine with that, as it'd suit my usecase, but I wonder whether it could break someone else's setup.

This is more confusing than I thought it was because i386 is only added as a foreign architecture in the "minimal.standard" layer, it is not in the minimal layer. So I guess this is probably fine from my POV.
