A few fixes / Addition of bootswatch / fix of search

Hi,
I've recently made a few changes to your bootstrap theme.
This includes support for bootswatch colors and a few other fixes including fixes for the search.

There's a demo of one of the bootswatch themes here I've been using for one of my own projects

if you need to, you can just install from github using pip

pip install git+https://github.com/Hecatron-Forks/sphinxbootstrap4theme

For info you might find this interesting it's a project I setup using the theme with a couple of css tweaks.
It's also using doxygen and breathe to document the api
I plan on using it as a template for other projects / libs I'll be working on
