…this breaks the provisioning. Added default git user name and user email.
Fixes to the GIT username and email settings.

i don't think this git config is necessary -- it's needed for commits, but we're only doing clones and pulls

I thought the same but without it the provisioning was failing. You can test it by getting this file and then running:
vagrant provision
also: - RTOS SDK actually builds - ct-ng doesn't get rebuilt if it's already built - tabs replaced with spaces
