Everything is working as expected and the documentation is up to date. The only comment that I have is that the Nextflow (25.10.3 but also occurs with previous versions) error, reported for other pipelines as well, keeps showing up in one of the tests:

Make sure that the font color on the input and output datasets in the metromap files are always white. Seem to be black and unreadable for dark mode png and svg (at least on my screen).
