- introduction of structs in XSD, update to pargen_1.1.xsd
- expended XML parsing to handle structs, expanded data model to handle new elements
- adjusted writers (hex, pyHexDump, C, gld) to handle expanded data model
- updated README with new features
- expanded tests to cover new features
