Nice direction overall: having a built-in load testing harness (waves, SSE tracking, optional host monitor, result artifacts) is super useful for Nightshift ops. I do have a few merge blockers to address first:

• several files look minified into single-line blobs, which makes review and future maintenance hard; please restore normal formatting and run the formatter.
• this PR removes uv.lock; please revert that here or split it into a separate PR so we can discuss lockfile policy.
• visualize.py appears incomplete and the README references it; either implement it or remove the claim for now.
• After that, I have a few non-blocking suggestions around avoiding sys.path hacks and making sudo iptables monitoring optional/graceful.
