- config_aqua から移動してきてディレクトリ移動させたので細かい調整
- 各taskのdirで.TASKFILE_DIRを使うのはお決まりのイディオム
- これによってリポジトリルートのtaskfileを使ってもaqua下のtaskfileを直接使ってもうまく動く（はず）
- taskfileのある位置を起点に何かをさせるなら`{{relPath .ROOT_DIR .TASKFILE_DIR}}`がお約束
- 以前はdirenvからdotenvで個別に設定したPATでGitHubにアクセスしていたけど、gh auth token でいけそう
- 今のところenvには何も設定していない（クリーン！）
