Stacks on #448 and #449

Summary

  • Create Intent UI theme mapping to OP brand tokens (packages/styles/intent-ui-theme.css)
  • Configure shadcn CLI for Intent UI component installation
  • Add cx() utility and useMediaQuery hook for Intent UI components
  • Add Table component with stories

Test plan
