Update the travis-ci script '.travis.yml' to also set the DEBUG env variable so that 'build.sh' dumps info on what capp-ucode bin blobs are being merged/de-duplicated. Signed-off-by: Vaibhav Jain <vaibhav@linux.vnet.ibm.com>
