1. Build Optimization - Added React vendor splitting, minimization, and contenthash caching 2. Package Scripts - Added build analysis, test coverage, formatting, and dependency management commands 3. Unified Logging - Replaced all console.log/error/warn with centralized logger system across all services 4. Centralized Config - Extracted hardcoded values (timeouts, retry limits, network settings) to shared constants 5. Type Safety - Changed any types to unknown for better TypeScript type checking 6. Compiler Config - Enabled incremental compilation, source maps, and excluded test files 7. UI Fix - Changed language switcher dropdown direction from down to up
