Add Advanced Realtime API Agent Example (Tool Use + Interruptions)

Added a new notebook to demonstrate some advanced patterns with the Realtime API that I felt were missing.

Most examples out there are pretty simple echo bots, so I wanted to share a robust implementation that handles the tricky stuff:

1. Handling Interruptions: It correctly listens for server VAD (speech started) and cancels the assistant's response instantly.
2. Tool Use: Shows a full round-trip of the event loop (function call -> output -> response) using a mock order lookup tool.

I kept it to raw websockets so it's easy to understand exactly what's happening on the wire. Hope this helps anyone trying to build production voice agents!
