Document dockerfile-inputs auto-detection feature
Adds documentation for the new dockerfile-inputs feature in the "Build inputs" section of ci-operator architecture docs.
ci-operatornow automatically detects and configures base images referenced fromregistry.ci.openshift.organdquay-proxy.ci.openshift.orgin Dockerfiles, eliminating manualbase_imagesandinputsconfiguration.This replaces the registry-replacer periodic job.
