glew is old and has many issues that prevent it from running on modern systems also port to meson because i'm not touching makefile hell

libepoxy is a good idea and its going to be implemented, but im not merging meson changes

also port to meson to simplify the build system and process of cross compilation and vendoring dependencies etc etc
