A Chrome Extension that watches the Spotify Web Player and reports what you are playing on a private web page.
This tool is meant to be used in live streaming software (like OBS) as an embedded web view that displays what you're listening to at the moment.
- Install the Spotify Web Watcher extension from the Chrome Web Store
- Open Spotify Web Player
- Log-in into Spotify
- The extension icon will turn green
- Click on the extension icon
- Copy the URL
- Use it on your streaming software (OBS/SLOBS/XSplit) as a "browser" source
