There was a hyper thin line of black pixels at the top of name tags. This uses the subImage to just hide it.

A complete rewrite of the nametags app utilizing the base64 image support added in this pull (#1278). As a result it fixes a lot of longstanding issues with the nametags.
This method uses a web overlay to build a canvas using information about a user, exporting that HTML canvas using base64, and then rendering that base64 encoded image as a singular nameplate.
